Strategic Objectives
By 2014 each student will embody our core values and the IB Learner Profile thereby:
- continually generating challenging and meaningful questions, thinking critically, and creating novel responses.
- purposefully reflecting on thought processes and experiences to inform subsequent thinking and actions.
- enthusiastically and continually engaging in actions that positively impact the world.
実践目標 ２０１4年までに各児童・生徒は私たちの中心的価値観とIB学習者像を体現し、以下のことを実践します:

Strategies
We will:
- devise consistent policies and practices and allocate resources to attract, recruit, develop, evaluate, and retain inspired employees, who assure a sustained commitment to our mission and strategic objectives.
- do what is necessary to earn the understanding and support of all members of our diverse community to achieve our mission and strategic objectives.
- articulate current curriculum and as necessary adopt and develop new curriculum to achieve our mission and strategic objectives.
- fully recognize, embrace, and engage our diverse community in order to achieve our mission and strategic objectives.

- 私たちは、ミッション及び実践目標を達成する意欲のある教職員を惹き付け、雇用し、研修を行い、評価し、確保するためのリソース（資金、教材、施設、時間等の諸資源）を準備し、一貫した方針を立て実行します。
- 私たちは、ミッション及び実践目標を達成するために、多様なCA コミュニティー全員の理解と賛同を得ることができるよう、あらゆる努力を行います。
- 私たちは、ミッション及び実践目標を達成するために、現行のカリキュラムに一貫性を持たせ、必要に応じて、新しいカリキュラムを導入し 発展させます。
- 私たちは、ミッション及び実践目標を達成するために、CA コミュニティーの多様性を認め、受け入れ、共に活動します。
Strategic Delimiters
We will not adopt any new program or service unless it is:
- consistent with and contributes to our mission.
- accompanied by the staff development and resources needed for effective implementation.
- accompanied by a plan to assess its effectiveness.
実践のための条件
新しい企画や活動について、以下の要件を満たさない場合は採択しません。
- 常にミッションに対し、一貫性があり寄与するものであること。
- 効果的に実施するために、教職員研修及び必要なリソース（資金、教材、施設、時間等の諸資源）を確保すること。
- 有効性を評価する方策があること
