Purchase an Apple laptop

Canadian Academy's secondary school runs a 'bring your own laptop' program. While we welcome any kind of laptop, traditionally we have had a long standing and beneficial relationship with Apple in Japan. Currently we are collaborating with Apple Shinsaibashi in Osaka, who are providing us with an exclusive portal, from which staff and students of CA can directly buy Apple products at an educational discount. The terms of use of the portal are such that each CA student can only buy one computer and one iPad per year.

For 2020-21 CA is recommending the MacBook Air 13" 256GB SDD. While families are welcome to buy other models, we have found this is up to the day to day demands put on it by classes at CA. Remember when ordering your computer to specify a US keyboard if this is needed.

To purchase the Apple laptop visit CA's Apple portal. This secure, custom-built page ensures that you are buying the Apple device your student needs, and it offers all the same great features of the regular Apple Online Store, including free delivery and in-store pick-up. You can also visit Apple Shinsaibashi in Osaka, but please inform them first. Finance options are also available for purchases at an Apple Store or online.
