Supporting Local Schools

Canadian Academy is pleased to serve as the school to which others aspire. This past week, we hosted a visit by the school leaders of Osaka city Suito, with the purpose of seeing how a premier international school offers the International Baccalaureate program.

As they are in the process of selecting furniture and equipment for their schools, they were curious regarding student-centered learning and a more modern approach to education, and how an environment supports this.

To that end, we were happy to provide an overview of our school, along with our Mission, Vision and Core Values. The visiting team was then given a school tour, with multiple opportunities to see learning happening at a variety of grade levels. With visits into the classrooms, they were impressed with how engaged our students were, and how the physical layout of the classrooms and learning spaces supported the style of education we offer. After the tour, their questions reflected how impressed they were with our outstanding facilities, dedicated teachers, and students engaged in inquiry and learning.

Canadian Academy always welcomes the opportunity to showcase our school as well as to support other local schools.
