The Conch: Podcasting with the Lord of the Flies
Our 10th grade students recently had the opportunity to test their broadcasting skills in their Humanities classes where they were asked to write and record a podcast script comparing and contrasting the leadership styles of a character from Lord of the Flies with a current or past political or military leader.
Students could be found recording their podcast in collaborative groups around the school and quite a few of them had an audience! We love to find opportunities to celebrate the ways that we use technology to transform learning at CA and to share with our community.
