Students must be at least 5 years old by July 15th, 2024. Pre-K students will be limited to those who are currently attending Canadian Academy or new students starting KA at Canadian Academy from fall, 2024.

This year’s theme is Our Planet Earth

Summer Discovery is a two-week program for students who would like to discover new ideas and ways to do things. Our Discovery program is based on learning through hands-on projects and activities, inquiry learning, and discovering as a team. 

During SUMMER DISCOVERY students will be divided into classes based on their age. Each class will be working on a unique project within the program theme – Our Planet Earth. We will share the learning journey with parents via teacher updates and on the last day of the program in the form of a video presentation. 

Each day students will have two special classes – Sports and Games, and Makers Lab. During our daily ‘Falcon Time!’ challenges, students will work cooperatively in mixed age groups including teachers and staff.
