This applies both to new students entering Grade 1 or above, or returning students who have completed Kindergarten at the school.

If a student reaches “advanced” level in the middle of a school year, the EAL fee paid for the year in question is not refundable, and no further fee will be levied from the following school year.
- The EAL service fee is refundable only if the student is assessed at "advance" level within the first quarter of attendance.
