Update: Re-Enrollment for 2019-2020
Posted 02/12/2019 09:25

Update: Thank you to those that have responded to our Intentions for the 2019-2020 School Year form. You have helped us with our planning and have taken steps to securing your child a seat at Canadian Academy.

If your child is currently in PreK-3 through grade 4, please submit the form that was sent by email last week as soon as possible. If your child is currently in grade 5 through grade 11, there is no need to submit the Intentions form. Your child will be completing a course selection form which indicates your family's intentions for the 2019-2020 school year.

Re-Enrollment for 2019-2020

We are pleased to announce that there is a high demand for limited seats at Canadian Academy. Currently, several classes are at or near capacity. When this happens, the applicant enters our waiting pool, and as space becomes available, we admit the applicant when possible.

Many families have applied for the 2019-2020 school year. As we continue to process their applications, we want to be sure to save your family's place at CA! If currently in grade five or above, your child will be receiving a course form selection for classes in 2019-2020. On this form is a box for your family to indicate whether you will be returning, leaving, or unsure in regards to attendance in 2019-2020.

If your child is currently in PreK-3 through grade four this year, you will receive an email from us asking for your family's plans.

Additionally, by re-enrolling your family signifies their agreement to our Parent Responsibility Contract. This has been in place for several years now and is not a change in policy. However, we do want all families to be aware of their responsibilities as well as how to support their child while at Canadian Academy.

While we do apologize for the inconvenience, your timely response will ensure your family can continue to enjoy, grow, and learn at Canadian Academy.

Kind regards,
Rob Smailes
