Professional Learning at Canadian Academy is rich and varied, focused on improving student learning and inspiring creative inquiry. Teachers at CA are actively involved in professional learning, including working towards school goals, collaborative planning, assessment, reflection, using student data and more.

Teachers' annual goals are based around a self-directed, collaborative Tankyuu teacher inquiry projects. Our teachers are encouraged to lead learning through Teachers Teaching Teachers sessions, and supported to become workshop leaders, school visitors and presenters.
